About 150 years from the date April 11th, a group of people were lost in the forest, and needed to eat to survive, traveled into the woods for a birthday for one of their cousin Richie and brought a ton of friends were celebrating Richie’s birthday that night. “This is gonna be the best birthday ever” he thought. “Pack a lunch and be home by tomorrow okay” his mom said with disbelief to actually go out into Canadian woods. “Alright mom I will be home at exactly 1” Richie said with a big grin on his face. He met with Jayme’s mom who was riding her horse to pick him up. I could see Jayme and Mark in the back of the car, so I hopped in the back and we drove near the Canadian forest. There was a bunch of people with presents and teenagers bringing drinks to celebrate. Hundreds of tents were in boxes and people were ready to go camping, if they would've known what was ahead, they would've never gone in the woods.
After Jayme’s mom said happy birthday to Richie and gave Jayme a kiss they took off. Soon they went hiking out into a nice campsite where there were no problems what so ever, except for the dirty tables. “Today we celebrate the birthday boy year of 14” Mark said after getting on the table. Everyone laughed and the partying begun, everyone was excited. At about 3, the sheriff came to talk to the kids, they were alarmed for a second but then they calmed down. “The teens curfew up here is 2:30 it’s about 2:57 now, now all of you go in your tents or I’ll throw you out of here faster than you can say happy birthday”. The kids frowned and sighed a little but went into the tents to go to sleep, Richie, Mark, and Jayme slept in the same tent. “Thank you guys for the best birthday ever I’m so happy I could die”, unfortunately for him it wasn't a very good after birthday.
When he awoke he felt a very bad headache waking up. He was shocked to open his tent to something that wasn't his campsite. It was in the forest but the trees were much higher and thicker they felt as if more fog like, and untamed with no domestication. He looked around for a second and thought he was in a dream, he wasn't; He awoke all the campers with his screaming and they all looked outside to see what was going on. They knew what was happening; in time of fate they knew somehow they had traveled to some place that nobody knows how they got there. They looked around and didn't see any wild life but sooner they started to get hungry. Unfortunately their food did not come with them so they had to start thinking on what they should eat. Richie took a few friends by him and told them that they should start eating the people that they didn't need, at first they denied eating a human being, but after about 5 days they rethought the idea, most of them started carving out wooden sticks with metal and told them that they found food and would stick a knife through their necks. They would take his head off and burn it because they could not stand to eat a brain, then they opened the bodies up ate some raw then the rest were cooked. Soon after that the people they didn't need died out and they knew they needed to search for food.
After a few weeks they started learning how to find an animal and kill it easily with a weapon, after a while they got better and started learning to grab with their hands, soon they realized they couldn't age because of some kind of mutation due to the time portal, after sixty years or so they start to notice they don’t talk much so their development has caused them to lose their voice and start to make a new language by screaming in a kind of loud deep shout, their feet have gotten bigger, in fact no human foot could match theirs from years of stepping on rocks and bringing them to high places, they couldn't shave and they needed to be warm. They had coats but the coats couldn't fit since they have gotten to a height no man could reach due to the mysterious portal's radiation over the years after about 110 years they start to travel to different places.
